WEATHER: Today, it is raining in some parts of NYC and some parts its not. But there are clouds in the sky in the areas where it is not raining, so be prepared for the rain to come!	PLOT: Once we get more members, I will allow ninja dogs to be made. Although, there will be a special rule for the ninja dogs which you must follow before creating one.
